Any order placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 48 business hours after payment validation.

Orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

We deliver to France and more than 15 countries internationally.

All our shipments are ensured by the Colissimo service of La Poste and their international partners.

By creating your account when validating your basket, the information transmitted will allow us to automatically send you your order tracking. Please therefore fill in your information correctly (postal address, email, telephone).
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address given when you registered.

In the event of absence, your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.

Your package will be kept at the postal contact point for a period of approximately 15 calendar days starting from the day after the day of delivery of the delivery notice. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.

In the event that the delay is attributable to you (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not pick up the package within the 15 days allowed), the costs reshipment of the package will be at your expense.

Have you changed your mind ? No problem, you have 14 days to submit your return request to us, then an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Return costs are your responsibility, unless it is an error on our part. In the event of an exchange, you do not pay a new flat-rate contribution to the shipping costs.

The product must not have been worn or washed but only tried on over your underwear. The labels on the products must not have been removed or damaged.

We will reimburse your order upon receipt at our premises and verification that it is in perfect condition.
This reimbursement will be made via your original payment, namely, credit card, Paypal, or we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months depending on your choice.
